You are probably overwhelmed with so many emotions and things to do before the baby gets here. I hope that finding the right photographer to document this magical time is an easy decision for you. I am here to serve you, to take things off your plate (not add to it!). When it comes to your session, all you have to do is show up fresh-faced with your yoga pants on and hair in a bun, and we’ll take care of the rest. For real.
Once the session is done, we don’t stop there. My job isn’t complete until you have a gorgeous album on your coffee table and beautiful prints on your walls.We’ll let you do the fun part of choosing everything, and we’ll get to work.

Sessions start at $595*
We’re here to make your experience completely stress-free.

The session fee is $595, which includes professional hair and makeup, wardrobe guidance, and your studio experience.

Please note: images and products are purchased separately during your ordering appointment. The smallest collection begins at $1600, so your minimum investment for a maternity or newborn session is $2195.

Details: Your session fee secures your spot in our calendar and includes access to our curated client closet, multiple outfit changes and set-ups, a private studio, sibling and parent portraits, expert styling and guidance, refreshments, a pre-session consultation, custom design of professional products, full retouching, and a dedicated reveal + ordering appointment.

The Process

Whether this is your first or tenth photoshoot, we want you to feel comfortable and well prepared. We’ve outlined the process for you – any questions, feel free to reach out below!

Contact us

Once you have signed the contract and paid your session fee, we will schedule a tentative session date based on your due date. You will be contacted to set up a designed consultation where we will chat about what products you are interested in, outfits, ideas, and just get to know one another. You can show me photographs of your home to help me get an idea of where to hang your beautiful wall art. I will help guide you on which products will fit your home best. Your products are designed with your family in mind.

The big day has finally arrived! You will arrive to our studio, slip on some comfy slippers and a cozy robe. We will get you settled with a hot beverage while you browse our selection of gowns, dresses, and outfits. Together we will create 4 unique looks that you love! Not sure what look you want? Many expecting mamas leave all the creative decisions up to Charlene Arianna to create something very special and unique.

Our glam team will be waiting for you ready to pamper and transform you into one hot mama! Once your all dolled up, our photoshoot will begin.

The entire process takes about 3 – 4 hours.

We will have the session in the comfort of my fully stocked studio.

Everything is sanitized and washed after each session. That includes all my equipment.

YOUR FAVORITE PART! You will come back to my studio on your scheduled ordering session date (can be done via zoom). You will enjoy refreshments while viewing your beautiful photographs on a slideshow. I will guide you through choosing products to display in your home, as well as any add-ons you want to send to family and friends. You will see all the best photographs from your session. You might even cry! I love enjoying this journey with my clients. My heart melts every time I hear the excitement.
Please have all decision makers present, as you will be placing your order that day – payment is required.

Your beautiful products have arrived! My clients always feel like it’s Christmas when they get to take home their products. They will be ready for delivery within 3 weeks after your ordering session. Please allow up to 4 weeks for albums. I will contact you when your products have arrived and we can arrange for you to pick them up at my studio. After you receive them, you get to enjoy them. It’s always better to see them displayed every day you walk into your home.

As Charlene begins the reveal, you can feel the anticipation building. These aren’t just images – they’re memories, frozen in time. And every time you look back at them, you’ll be transported right back to this magical moment.

Contact us

My style is simple and artistic. I strive to create photographs that are unique, eye catching and timeless. I like minimalism and simplicity so that you are the focus of the image. Welcoming a new baby is a joyful event and I would be honoured to capture this miraculous and special time for your family.

Usually, 2 – 3 weeks. All of the images that will be presented to you will be fully retouched from head to toe. Yes that means, any blemish, bump or lump will be removed and smoothed out. I take pride in my editing and that is why most mama’s
decide to book with. I enhanced your beauty and make you look like the cover of a magazine. All photo sessions are prioritized in order of date. Please keep in mind, that perfection cannot be rushed.

All of my photography packages require a non-refundable session fee. This fee covers the session for the day, from hair and makeup to use of the gowns and outfits. Cancellations and rescheduling must be submitted 72 hours before your session time. If you don’t show up for your appointment or you are more than 15 minutes late, your session fee will be forfeited and you must reschedule a new appointment and pay a new session fee. Let me know of any schedule changes or issues as soon as you can an I will try to be flexible and accommodate your needs. Don’t forget we have a team here waiting for you, please be mindful of everyones time.

Yes, of course! They are encouraged and welcome to attend!

Keep it very simple.

  • Natural coloured clothing is ideal
  • No logos
  • No patterns
  • Shoes will be photographed (including socks!)
  • Socks maybe taken off, ensure feet are manicured

Examples: White dress shirt, cream knit top, beige or khaki coloured pants, black dress shirt, black knit top, dark jeans or black pants… bring a couple options

Please follow these steps to prepare for your photoshoot:

  • Hair washed the night before and blow dried with a brush
  • Use minimal conditioner on your hair
  • Fresh clean face no make up only moisturizer.
  • Spray tan no more then 3 days before your session
  • Manicure hands & feet
  • Paint finger nails and toe nails in a neutral tone
  • If bringing hair extensions, have them washed and cleaned
  • Moisturize your entire body before you arrive

Mandatory:

  • Bra and underwear that matches your skin tone (thong)
  • A strapless bra that matches your skin tone
  • Black bra and underwear

*Remember these items maybe visible in the images, make sure these are
undergarments you’d want photographed.

Optional:

  • If you’d like any other looks feel free to bring; lingerie, jeans and a
  • bra, blazer etc
  • Jewellery: it’s up to you! some just wear studs or hoops… if you love
  • jewelry, feel free to bring bigger hoops, or fun earrings etc
  • Shoes aren’t needed for you unless you’d like to wear heels, its up to
  • you!
